Great food and customer service

The menu and service were above our expectations. We really enjoyed the environment of this spot. Awesome restaurant to take my family out for lunch.

Go here during lunch hours for a quick Mexican bite. I normally order Burritos, which are good. Enough parking spots available in the area.

Great food friendly atmosphere. My son left his wallet after dinner and he didn't realized it until next day. We called and picked up the next day.

This is a great place for breakfast they have many American things in amongst their Mexican breakfast. I love the chorizo and eggs and the Southwest omelet. You can really tell when people who make their own chorizo and this is one of those few places. The service is good and the bathrooms are clean. I love to eat at this place when I go to my chiropractor next door

My go to place for Mexican in the Sharon Heights/Sand Hill Rd. neighborhood. Generous portions. Definitely try their taco salad with any choice of meat. Friendly service always.

Great chicken sandwich! Beer was cold and the price was fair. Quite atmosphere, relaxing and uniformly designed. The service was very fast and professional. Basically, it's all you want on your lunch break.

When visiting this restaurant, and you're going to have their famous dessert, it would be better if you share it with someone or have it before you eat anything else most person won't be able to finish it, but it is good tho... ohh people with big appetite I definitely recommend " PARRILLA SURF A D TURF" and not to forgot their 12hrs slow cook ribs.

With the Shelter In Place happening we should all remember our local favorites. I was shopping at Safeway in Sharon Heights and was reminded of El Cerrito. Have had many meals there with my family. Tonight we all ordered our favorite items, 20 minutes later we picked up. We all just had a great authentic Mexican meal on our patio. Support our local Restaurants.

A local secret. Very homey and unaustentatious for Silicon Valley, but the food is always better than I think it is. Especially the specials which are a step up from a taco combo. No waiting. Easy parking. Friendly wait staff who have been there forever. Beer, margaritas and Coke are good and cold.

From the complimentary chips and salsa to the delicious crab enchilada, El Cerrito never skipped a beat, the portions were generous and the food cooked to perfection. Service remained quick and friendly for the duration of our stay. Although, compared to the competition the prices seemed a little steep, ranging from $15-$20 per main dish, personally I'd say it was still worth it though.

Very quick and friendly service. Pick up service has always been seamless and I like that they also have a menu with variety. I am Mexican myself and do enjoy their food but I do believe some dishes could be a little more flavorful.
